COMPLIANCE OF THE OPERATOR WITH GDPR
Your personal data is kept in accordance with the legal provisions and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – referred to throughout this document as GDPR.
GAMBLERS MEDIA has implemented and complies with the GDPR, processing personal data in a confidential, organised, secure and responsible manner.
GAMBLERS MEDIA understands the importance of processing data in an appropriate way, so that only authorized persons have access to the personal data of data subjects, according to internally regulated policies and workflows.
In order to ensure an adequate level of security, we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures, with the ability to ensure the confidentiality, integrity of personal data and to restore the availability of personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
In order to protect personal data, all data storage devices are adequately secured, for some operations data encryption is used, with a process in place for testing, evaluating and periodically assessing the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Personal data – means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
Processing – means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Controller – means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union or national law, the controller or the specific criteria for its designation may be laid down in Union or national law;
Data subject – is the person whose personal data are processed;
Recipient – means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data are disclosed, whether or not it is a third party. However, public authorities to whom personal data may be disclosed in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or national law are not considered as recipients; the processing of such data by those public authorities shall comply with the applicable data protection rules in accordance with the purposes of the processing;
THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
RIGHT TO INFORMATION – you have the right to be informed about the processing and protection of personal data;
RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA – you have the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed by the controller;
THE RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION – you have the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate data as well as the completion of incomplete data;
RIGHT TO DELETE DATA (“RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN”) – you have the right to obtain, to the extent that the legal conditions are met, the deletion of personal data;
RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING – you have the right to obtain, insofar as the legal conditions are met, the marking of stored personal data in order to limit further processing;
THE RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY – you have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and easily readable format and the right to have such data transmitted by another data controller, provided that the legal conditions are met;
THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE JUSTICE OR TO THE NATIONAL PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING SUPERVISION AUTHORITY – you have the right to complain to the National Personal Data Processing Supervisory Authority or to go to court to defend any rights guaranteed by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection that have been violated.
RIGHT TO OPPOSITION – you have the right to object at any time, for justified and legitimate reasons related to your particular situation, that your personal data are processed, provided that the legal conditions are met;
THE RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO AN INDIVIDUAL DECISION – you have the right to request and obtain the withdrawal, cancellation or review of any decision based solely on processing by automated means (including profiling) that produces legal effects or similarly affects data subjects to a significant extent.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The use of the contact form represents the request for services provided by GAMBLERS MEDIA and has contractual value, the parties being the provider and the beneficiary of the service, personally or through a legal representative.
By contacting the site through the contact form, we process the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, cookies, IP, as well as any other personal data that you provide us through the contact form.
By contacting the contact persons by phone, we process your voice, for the entire duration of the call. GAMBLERS MEDIA does not record, store or otherwise process your voice.
By registering on our platform in order to apply for one of the available positions, the following personal data are processed: name, surname, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, data on profession and education, data on skills and competences, place or jobs targeted by the candidate, all data from the CV uploaded on the platform as well as but not limited to: professional training, experience, employer history, study history, non-formal education courses, photograph, skills and abilities, preferences and hobbies, career level, signature where applicable, and other data entered in the CV. Data from the letter uploaded in the system or found on any of the documents uploaded additionally or sent to us will also be processed.
Cookies are processed when accessing the site. For details, please refer to the Cookies Policy. GAMBLERS MEDIA respects the rights of data subjects regarding the acceptance of Cookies, by requiring consent and respecting the right to object, where we use specific Cookies. In some situations your IP is also processed. As stated in Google’s policy, your IP address is processed for a short period of time and is geocoded (transformed) in areas where the user has access.
In the case of using third party technologies, we do not have access to your IP address. Aggregated data cannot be associated from within third party platforms with data collected directly via your own server.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
All data are processed for the purposes initially stated and for which you have been informed. We do not further process personal data for purposes incompatible with the original purpose.
The following are processed for contractual and contact purposes: name, surname, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number, data collected via the contact form, as well as voice in the event of initiating a telephone call.
Cookies are processed for the purpose of providing our services and maintaining the functionality of the site, as described in detail in the Cookie Policy.
We process for direct marketing purposes, your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, subject to your consent expressed in accordance with the law.
All data submitted by registering on the platform in order to apply for jobs, as described in the section on personal data processed, will be processed for the purpose of selection and recruitment by the exhibiting employers. For the purposes of selection, recruitment and hiring, they will create candidate/employee profiles based on the information you provide and may contact you.
GAMBLERS MEDIA does not process any category of personal data for other purposes incompatible with the purposes originally established and does not process personal data for a longer period of time than that established for the processing of that category of personal data.
BASIS OF PROCESSING
The grounds for processing are: the contract for the category of data necessary to contract with GAMBLERS MEDIA and the exhibiting employers, the legitimate interest for processing Cookies and for the other categories of data in certain situations, the legal obligation in the situation of controls carried out by the authorities, the declaration, documentation and solution of security incidents, opinions and/or accreditations/authorisations, provision to authorised third parties as a result of situations in which the controller may be directly or collaterally involved or initiated by the controller, as a result of referrals, disputes, complaints, requests made by data subjects or third parties. For communications of a commercial nature where appropriate, and so that your candidate profile can be communicated to exhibiting employers, the basis of the processing is consent.
TYPE OF PROCESSING
Your data are processed by collection, recording, organisation, storage/archiving and structuring, consultation, use, retrieval, alteration/correction, disclosure by transmission (including to third parties), dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking/restriction, erasure or destruction at the request of the data subject where there is a legal obligation to do so or after expiry of the period for which they have been processed, where applicable.
Processing by disclosure and dissemination is only done to exhibitors in order to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was submitted by you. or only to the extent that the company is involved in situations such as controls by the authorities, declaration, documentation and resolution of security incidents, approvals and/or accreditations/authorisations, provision to authorised third parties as a result of situations in which the controller may be directly or collaterally involved or initiated by the controller, as a result of complaints, disputes, claims, requests made by data subjects or third parties, in which case they will be made available only to persons authorized for this purpose and in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, in this case aimed at the legal obligation and/or protection of the legitimate interest of GAMBLERS MEDIA.
The processing of the voice, for the purpose of the communication having as the basis of the processing the contractual relationship between the parties and the communication is processed only for the duration of the conversation, by listening. We do not collect or otherwise process the voice of data subjects.
Your e-mail address is processed for the purpose of communicating with you and sending you news and events, through campaigns and newsletters, on the legal basis of your consent only when appropriate and when we have your consent. may be processed by collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, archiving, adaptation, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission (including to third parties), dissemination or otherwise making available, aggregation/alignment or combination, blocking/restriction, deletion or destruction.
PROCESSING TIME
The data collected on the website will be processed by our company until the time of transmission to the exhibitors, and for an additional period of 1 month.
Further processing periods will be determined by the exhibitors according to their declared policies and purposes.
The data processed for the purpose of contact will be deleted by GAMBLERS MEDIA after a period of 3 months from the date of collection. Thereafter it will only be processed by the exhibiting employers in accordance with the policies, purposes and grounds declared by them to the candidates.
Cookies are processed according to the retention terms described in the Cookies Policy.
Personal data having as legal basis of processing the legal obligation, will be processed for a period equal to the period during which the legal obligation of processing subsists.
Personal data having as legal basis for processing the legitimate interest are processed for a period equal to the duration of the existence of the legitimate interest.
Personal data having as legal basis for processing the consent are processed until the date of withdrawal of consent.
THIRD PARTY RECIPIENTS
Personal data are processed by the partially outsourced IT department, under conditions of security and confidentiality, with the granting of adequate guarantees.
In the case of newsletter communication, the third party recipient is the newsletter provider.
Where applicable, the authorised representatives of the controller are the IT and marketing-communication departments.
The associated controllers are the exhibitors, who will process your personal data in accordance with this GDPR policy as well as the GDPR policies adopted by each exhibitor.
Different providers of site traffic analysis services, marketing and advertising service providers on different sites or through applications may be third party recipients.
Personal data is not shared with any third parties other than those declared.
PROCESSING OF DATA OF MINORS
GAMBLERS MEDIA does not process personal data of minors on the site; the site is not intended for persons under 18. To the extent that you are aware that data of your child has been provided on the site, you may contact us and we will resolve your request according to the law.
ACCESS TO DATA
GAMBLERS MEDIA does not disclose data to unauthorized third parties. Access to data is only made by authorized persons and with limitation of any unauthorized access to data.
The operator has implemented policies whereby information security is ensured and has put in place appropriate safeguards as follows:
– has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures for compliance with the principles listed in Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular data minimisation, integrity and confidentiality;
– established storage periods depending on the nature of the data and the purpose of the processing, as well as specific time limits within which personal data must be deleted or reviewed for deletion.
SECURITY OF PROCESSING
GAMBLERS MEDIA has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures and ensures on the website and in the company an adequate level of security for the processing of personal data, in accordance with Law no. 190/2018 on measures implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
GAMBLERS MEDIA has taken measures to prevent accidental or unlawful loss, disclosure, alteration, copying, destruction or misuse of data, and to limit unauthorised access to personal data.
BREACH OF DATA SECURITY
Associated Operators and Authorised Operators in relation to the controller are responsible for notifying, assessing and documenting any security incidents and for ensuring measures to prevent any breach likely to lead to a security incident as provided for in Article 4(12) of Regulation No 679/2016 (EU).
In this regard, GAMBLERS MEDIA has processing agreements in place with all associated controllers and all authorised controllers, including procedures for limiting the effects of security incidents.
